Dear Clara is 91 years old, yet she is still doing well, she should be an inspiration to the young generation to eat and live healthy. This recipe looks very nice. I also prepare kind of a variation to this - with brown lentils. Boil the lentils first, add fried red onion with 1 stock of vegetable cube, garlic/ginger, some tomato puree, salt- let all this boil by adding pasta. When pasta is boiled, the meal is ready. It is very delicious-can be eaten with tomato salsa.

That sounds good! Here are a few other tips.
At home, I let my steak rest at room temp before grilling. I like to season before I put the steak on the grill. I don't move the steak around while it's grilling and only touch it when turning.

@esmezara get a cold wok and put some beads or raw rice into it and tip the pan downwards slightly until the beads move towards the opposite end of the pan. Then gently flick your wrist upwards and the beads should flip. Hope this helps.
